I see this happened last December, but I got into work this morning and turned on my Samsung TV and the Samsung TV Plus App is gone. It says it was deleted (I didn't do that) and gives me the option to install it, but when I click install, it does nothing. Also, when I search for that app, I am not able to find it.

When we try to launch Samsung TV Plus we receive the following message: There was a problem while trying to play the Samsung TV Plus channel. Check your network settings or try again later. It has not worked for several days. We have unplugged the TV and plugged it back in. We have verified the network connection is good.

However, when I punch in various TV Plus channels, the screen is black but it will still display what's playing and how far along it is in the program. I've tried resetting my network settings on the TV, resetting my network by unplugging my modem/router, clearing cache, unplugging/replugging in my TV. Fiddled a bit with different settings.
Ive tried the down button on the samsung plus tv app and deleted the channels and it is still just playing one channel. Now remote will not even allow access to home screen or source to select anything else. Stuck on a horrible channel. Have unplugged tv many times with the tv to auto turn on every time i plug it back in.
