    With the TAVAPP-00100 error, most customers can resolve the issue with a reset of the modem. I would recommend unplugging the new modem for at least 30 seconds from the power and then plugging it back in. On a Roku device do also recommend deleting/removing the Xfinity stream app and redownloading it before trying again.
