The Windows 11 ISO file should have same language as your current Windows 11 installation. The Windows 11 ISO file you will be using must be the same edition (e.g. Pro for Pro), same version (e.g. Version 21H2 for Version 21H2), and same or higher build as the currently installed Windows 11.
Winre.wim is built in with Windows 10 iso. Separate winre.wim is not available for download. So you can use a Windows 10 bootable pendrive to repair or fix issues. Were is winre.wim located on windows 10 install iso ?--
