I do "feed feed water" cycles in promix. I never use worm castings in it though as it will ruin its drainage properties and make it acidic. Actually that's not completely true, I used to use one cup of castings in 10 gallons of soil, but its a trivial amount. Much more than 15-20% will cause issues in promix.

My plants appear to be growing well, and at week 4 I decided to feed them 5ml of Reefertilizer Grow per 4 litres of tap water. The ph of the nutes+water is 7, and the runoff is 5.5.
Promix doesn't have much in the way of nutrients in it other than a small amount to get seedlings a boost, so you will need to feed it after a few weeks in most cases. I mix the manure/compost and wood ashes in to help provide the micro and macro nutrients that plants need, and the ashes help buffer the Promix along with the buffering that is ...
How much do I add: I want to add Blood Meal, Bone Meal, store bought Composted cow manure, to Promix Premium All Purpose Mix Soil. How many parts per each, to liters of soil?
Curious how much per plant I would need to lower the soil ph a little... it’s currently bouncing around 7.0-7.8 ph at root zone.
I usually get the 3.4 cubic ft compressed bale of BX or HP. When I make my mix, I first break up the Promix, then add my compost/manure addition (and wood ashes) to the fluffed up Promix at about 80% Promix and 20% compost mixture. Abale of Promix BXand a bag of composted manure will fill about 8 5 gallon buckets. Foolproof!
