I upgraded and My Music (mainly uploaded CDs) won't play anymore. Tried uploading to this Groove thing, lots of trouble, in the end loaded one album song by song, which played. Turned off, came back no sign of it (nor sound !). Why won't my music albums just play by clicking on them and selecting play all ?

Whilst my music collection consists of only about 300 albums, I've never had trouble backing up CDs or whatever using the previous version over many years. Recently I updated to a new computer and last week decided to catch up on loading up some music using the new Media Player. It is simply a mess IMHO.
I opened WMP & all my music was there. WMP applied an automatic update & after the update, almost all my music was gone from WMP library. All my music is still on the computer but no longer shows in WMP.. I tried System Restore & didn't work. Is there a fix to get all my music back in WMP? I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate with WMP 12.
Windows 10 has the Camera Roll, Documents, Music, Pictures, Saved Pictures, and Videos libraries by default. The C:\Users\<user name>\Music folder is included by default in the Music library. If you don't need or want the Music library, then you can remove it from showing in Libraries.
recently did a fresh install of windows 10 and am using OneDrive to backup/sync pictures, videos, documents etc. What I have done is right clicked the Documents folder under Users and moved the
