I have been playing Microsoft Mahjong for the last several months without any problems whatsoever on my personal computer. I also play Microsoft Puzzles, Microsoft Soduko, and Microsoft Solitaire without any problems, and have been playing since just after Christmas. My identity is CrystalSteak918.

Titans has probably been deprecated by Microsoft in favor of the Microsoft Mahjong app (which a 3rd party made for them, and Microsoft Studios publishes). It automatically showed up in suggested downloads once I logged into the Store app.
Windows 11 if you go to Start and click on Solitaire & Casual Games once that is opened you will see Mahjong listed there. Click on it and it opens up the game which now looks a little different. On the top it shows which level you're on and on the games it tells you how many XP for each one.
Click on: Download Windows 7 games for Windows 10 Note: A Windows Update such as the Anniversary Update may cause the games to not function. If that happens, remove the zip file and extracted files, reboot and reinstall it.
I use tablet with android 11, newest android update installed. I can open all of my MS games, including MS Mahjong casual games but when I try to open the MS Mahjong daily challenges I get "download error, check internet connection ". Internet is working fine. I reset tablet several times, I uninstalled then reinstalled MS Mahjong game.
Done that. Problem still there I'm afraid. I now notice that the 2 'Events' on the Microsoft Solitaire Collection main page wont load/run either - I just get a nearly continuous circle of white dots rotating. I've also tried uninstalling Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Mahjong, Jigsaw and Sudoku and re-installing.
I tried to download Microsoft Mahjong from the store but it fails every time. I have read other store issues post and tried wsreset.exe but still not working. Please help Regards Richard
Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.
