Dish has been connected to my Hisense TV for years (accessed through live tv). A couple of months ago it stopped showing up. After resetting the TV, talking to Hisense customer service and Dish customer service, both are saying this is an issue with Roku tv?
I assume it's a Hisense Roku TV. Yes, any of the voice remotes will work with your TV, but you'll need another working remote to go through the pairing process. As long as it's connected to your network, you can also use the mobile app if you don't have a working remote.

If the remote is functioning correctly, and there's nothing blocking the IR receiver window, then it sounds like there's an issue with the TV. I don't know what the warranty period is for a Hisense TV, but they are the ones that you would have to contact. Roku only provides the operating system, and is not responsible for the TV hardware itself.
