In May 2010 he became the Chairman of DBS Bank, and later in Singapore Airlines in 2017. Seah holds numerous board positions, including being the Chairman of LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore. He was awarded the Public Service Star during the National Day Awards in Singapore. In 2012, Seah was conferred the Distinguished Service Order.
