State Route 720 (SR 720) is an east–west state highway in the western portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The highway runs from its western terminus at SR 65 approximately 3.75 miles (6.04 km) north of Jackson Center to its eastern terminus at US 33 in Russells Point. SR 720 was designated in the late 1930s.

Glen Este, Ohio is named for early resident David K. Este, [1] who owned a farm near the intersection of Glen Este-Withamsville Road and the railroad tracks, now State Route 32. He was an officer of the Cincinnati, Georgetown and Portsmouth Railroad and had a combination station and post office established on his land.
The district covers approximately 107 square miles. Most of the district is located in Pike County with portions extending into both Jackson and Scioto counties. The newly formed Eastern district built a new high school near the intersection of Tile Mill Road and Beaver Pike.
