Harlem–Grovetown Road is the name for what is essentially a southern extension of SR 388, from the latter highway's southern terminus in Grovetown. As its name suggests, it serves to connect traffic from Harlem to Grovetown. Harlem–Grovetown Road is a 7.0-mile-long (11.3 km) route.
