Created on July 21, 2024. PSA - Netflix no Longer Supports Content Downloads on Windows Devices. Just this week, trying to download TV shows and movies for offline viewing while traveling using Netflix. The download feature has disappeared, it was there last week. Referring to Netflix's website, here is what it says now.
It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.
