Local Authority Council and Regional Council Elections in Namibia were held from 30 November to 3 December 1992. It was the first set of such election elections since independence of Namibia . SWAPO won a majority of seats in both Local Authority Councils and Regional Councils.

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) is an agency of the government of Namibia. [1] It was founded in 1992 under the Electoral Act 24 of 1992. The aim of the commission is to oversee all Namibian electoral activities starting from voter registration and political party registration, to the setting and monitoring of elections, counting of ballots and making results available.
Tobias Hainyeko constituency (informally also Eastern Hakahana, after the area it covers) is an electoral constituency in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. It had a population of 45,912 in 2011, up from 34,348 in 2001. [1] As of 2020 it had 36,530 registered voters. [2]
Samora Machel Constituency (formerly known as Wanaheda Constituency) is a constituency in Windhoek in the Khomas Region of central Namibia.
