I'm trying to use the Resolution Center to request money from a guest from a stay back in January. He owes me money for shipping a fairly large item (a hatchet!) that he left in our condo. But his name doesn't show as a guest for me to choose from when I go to the Resolution Center.
How can I involve Airbnb in the Resolution Center after 72 hours from my direct request to the guest and no answer from them to pay for a service they requested? I am haveng a hard time even to contact AIRBNB. Thx! Osmar

On one side, the Resolution Centre has over the years become bogged down in minor issues, and has been forced into progressively becoming a more hard line 'damage minimisation' arm of Airbnb. On the other hand Airbnb is a booking site, and despite some fluffly statements is not an insurance company!
Resolution center We have over 15K in 5 claims, one a year old and most over 6 months that are ignored and reported weekly. Our rental agreement and rules are never honored by Airbnb support.

Airbnb does not have a specific section to add a fee for pets and the option to charge it through the Resolution Center or adjust the cleaning fee, It is not the correct way, because many times If you ask for the fee thru the Resolution Center Guests do not want to pay it and they get upset, leaving a bad review.
