James Bluford Price (September 17, 1940 – August 10, 2012) was a professional American football linebacker in the American Football League (AFL) for the New York Jets and Denver Broncos. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 3rd round (34th overall) of the 1963 NFL draft. He played college football at Auburn University.
In 1993, the Dallas Cowboys acquired Price after losing three backup tight ends to season-ending injuries, reuniting him with offensive coordinator Norv Turner, who was the Rams' wide receivers and tight ends coach in 1990. He was used mostly as a blocking tight end and appeared in 3 games, registering one reception for four yards.
