Report abuse. Word 2013 in Office 365 does have the Avery 5160 template: What may be confusing is that the list is not in numeric order, but in an "alphanumeric" order. All the numbers that start with 5 come after all the numbers that start with 4, regardless of how many digits they contain. If you looked at 11070 at the start of the list and ...
In reply to Unavailable Username 621's post on November 2, 2013. In the Labels dialog, click the New Document button. This will create a sheet of labels that you can fill in as desired. They are formatted as a table, so make sure you have table gridlines displayed so that you can see the label boundaries.

In the Labels dialog, click the Options button. In the Label Options dialog, set the Label Vendors dropdown to Avery US Letter. Then scroll the Product Number list.
Office 365 Word Labels Not Aligned Properly. I am not able to get labels to print properly in Office 365 Word anymore. In attempting to print Avery 5160 labels and using all of the default settings, the first three lines of the return address label set I am trying to print are centered, the last line is left-aligned.

Avery Labels 5160 Spacing. I work with large mailings with Avery Labels 5160. The labels come out spaced to the left too far and double spaced. I moved from XL and never had this problem. I believe this label is a common mailing label. Modify the formatting (Left Indent and Line Spacing) of the paragraph (s) in the label merge main document.
Select Start Mail Merge > Labels; Select 5160 Avery Easy Peel Address Labels; Select Recipients > Use Existing List > Select Excel Spreadsheet; Insert Merge Field > First Name > Space > Last Name > Return > Address .....etc. Update Labels; Now at this stage I can select the first table in the upper left, highlight it and format the text.
