Spectrum is terrible! They pull you in with a $49.00 per month internet - well just a few years later you are at $92.00 per month! Wow that sucks!, also lots of outages! If you have problems they want you to trouble shoot for them! We were in Klamath Falls, I would suggest Hunter Communications or anyone else.
Is email automatically available to everyone who has spectrum internet? Few are notified long outage, and many short outages. But calling the customer support is not helpful at all. I always get same response, technical team working on it.
