LOVE SONG (1972) The cover of the first album by the group Love Song simply bore the group name, and an awesome original illustration by Kerne Erickson, depicting classic sheet music and a beautiful graphic of their logo. The cover was an amalgam of two separate ideas.

FINAL TOUCH (1974) Following up an album as iconic and classic as the first ”Love Song” album is always a daunting task. Several songs that were available when the first album was recorded did not make the cut, but not because they were inferior in any way.
LoveSong is about Jesus and His message. Through music, they touched hearts, broke down traditional barriers, and help start the Jesus Revolution of the 1970s. “LoveSong changed music. They were the unwitting pioneers of a whole new genre of music, later to be called CCM.”.

FEEL THE LOVE [LIVE] (1977) The group Love Song disbanded in mid 1974. It had had a short but very influential run as a pioneering band of CCM, but felt that the spiritual needs of the members were not being met in the midst of the heavy responsibilities that went along with the band’s renown.
It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the death of our dear friend and band mate, Bob Wall. On December 23, 2015, Bob died on the very flight that was to take him to his loving daughter and grand kids. He was a guitar player along lines of George Harrison of the Beatles.
