Venezia Football Club is a professional Italian football club based in Venice, Veneto, that currently plays in Serie A. Originally founded as Venezia Foot Ball Club in 1907, the club have spent a large part of their history in Italy's top two divisions. Venezia's biggest achievement to date was winning the Coppa Italia in the 1940–41 season.
The kit by LGR is used by the national team during their stint at the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. The sportwear company also previously provided the football national team with kits made by the company in 2012, which was first used in a friendly against Malaysia and was used for the team's campaign at the 2012 AFC Challenge Cup. The league would shift once more to an inter-year format, reverting to a double round-robin that would see the teams play each other twice.
