The 336th Training Group is the combat survival training group of the United States Air Force.The group is located at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, with one subordinate unit at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida, and one at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska.
The new Royal Navy Survival Equipment School (RNSES) initially took up residence at Eastleigh, Hampshire, before it was moved to improved accommodation at Grange Airfield (HMS Siskin) in March 1947. In 1955, the school moved to a former boys' preparatory school ( Seafield Park ) at Hill Head .
