Wonderland Road is a major north-south arterial road in London, Ontario, designated as Ontario Highway 4 between Highway 401 and Sunningdale Road. Outside of the City limits, the road extends north into Middlesex Centre as Middlesex County Road 56 and south into Southwold .

It enters London and meets interchanges with Highway 4 south of Lambeth, as well as with Wonderland Road before merging into Highway 401. Wonderland Road, Oxford Street, Wharncliffe Road, and south branch of the Thames River form its western boundary with the district of London West, Highbury Avenue and the south branch of the Thames its eastern and southern boundaries with London—Fanshawe, and the north city limit its boundary with Perth—Middlesex riding to the north.
In addition, Route 91 was added to run on Oxford Street between Wonderland Road and Fanshawe College. In 2015, Route 92 was introduced, running from Masonville Mall to Victoria Hospital, largely via Adelaide Street. In 2019 London Transit introduced 2 more express Route 93 and Route 94.
