Sant'Anna dei Lombardi, (Italian: St. Anne of the Lombards), and also known as Santa Maria di Monte Oliveto, is an ancient church and convent located in piazza Monteoliveto in central Naples, Italy. Across Monteoliveto street from the Fountain in the square is the Renaissance palace of Orsini di Gravina.
After World War II, Bishop Joseph P. Hurley of St. Augustine started a program of purchasing property throughout Florida to develop new parishes for the increasing Catholic population. He also recruited priests from the northern states and Ireland. St. Ann's, the first parish in Naples, opened in 1950. [17]

The St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville, Louisiana is a historic Roman Catholic church which was built in 1909. It is located about four blocks inland from Bayou Lafourche at 417 St. Joseph Street, as part of a two-block parcel which includes a contributing rectory (1895) and a contributing cemetery (started 1874), as well as three non-contributing buildings. The four-story bell tower on the southwest corner is a city landmark and features four cast bronze bells, dedicated to St. Ann, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Francis, and the Immaculate Conception. The interior of the church was decorated by the ecclesiastical artist, Gonippo G. Raggi, and includes paintings, statuary, and stained glass windows.
