Of the 77 films that remained on the list, 36 improved their ranking, 38 saw their ranking decline, and three kept their positions: Citizen Kane, The Godfather Part II, and The Best Years of Our Lives. The Searchers had the highest increase in ranking, moving from #96 to #12.
