Colin Craig Hatchman (born 2 February 1975) is an Australian rock musician who joined The Screaming Jets as their drummer during 2001–2004. [1] In 2004 he joined Nathan Cavaleri in Dirty Skanks, Hatchman broke the Guinness Book of World Records as 'Loudest Drummer in the World' on 4 August 2006, the sound was measured at 137.2 dBA.

The band's current lineup includes Latimer, bassist, keyboardist and vocalist Colin Bass (from 1979 to 1981, and since 1984), drummer Denis Clement (since 2000), and keyboardist and saxophonist Peter Jones (since 2016).
A misprint in a local paper billed the act as "The Heathens". Drummer John Chipman joined the band in 2007, and Keyboardist Trevor Nealon, who played in the studio during the recording of both "One Foot in the Ether" and "Top Hat Crown & the Clapmaster's Son", joined the touring unit in 2011.

Frederick Colin Petersen [3] (24 March 1946 – 18 November 2024) was an Australian musician and actor. He played as a member of the bands Steve and the Board , the Bee Gees and Humpy Bong . In August 1969, he left the Bee Gees and he was replaced by Pentangle drummer Terry Cox to record the songs for their 1970 album Cucumber Castle .
