Lakeshore State Park is a 22-acre (8.9 ha) Wisconsin state park located on the shores of Lake Michigan in the city of Milwaukee. A new fish passage around the Kletzsch Dam has opened up 54 miles of water for fish to swim upstream. The project is one of many to restore Milwaukee's area of concern.

The McKinley Marina is the only public marina in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Lake Michigan. [1] Run by Milwaukee County, the facility is just north of Veteran's Park, at the north end of the Milwaukee harbor breakwater. The marina is open from May 1 to October 31.
