Beginning in January 2021, the CONNECTIONS move from the Citrix platform to VMWare will begin a phased rollout, expected to extend over two to three months. In addition, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be implemented, requiring use of an RSA token (hardware or software) when accessing CONNECTIONS from outside the state network.
