Helena Nancy Moreno (born September 30, 1977) is a Mexican-American realtor, equestrienne, former journalist, and politician serving as the president of the New Orleans City Council and First Division Councilmember-at-Large. Moreno was formerly a Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, where she represented the District 93.
