The Palm Jumeirah is an archipelago of artificial islands on the Persian Gulf in Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.It is part of a larger series of developments called the Palm Islands, including Palm Jebel Ali and the Dubai Islands, which, when completed, will together increase Dubai's shoreline by a total of 520 kilometres (320 mi). The Dubai Islands currently have three hotels in operation, which represent the most significant development on the islands so far. The 800-key Hotel RIU Dubai opened on December 10, 2020, [ 7 ] followed by the 607-key Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai on October 14, 2021 [ 8 ] and the 159-key Park Regis by Prince Dubai Islands on March 2, 2024.

However now it has redeveloped and called Dubai Harbour, [ 1 ] which has area of 20,000,000 sq.ft / 195 hectares whereas Emaar Properties has taken possession of the 10,000,000 sq.ft and has been developed new community Emaar Beachfront consisting of 24 towers.
