If a non-film article already exists with the name of the film that you are trying to create an article for, disambiguate and use (film) in the title: Film Title (film). Movie titles are italicized. Albums are italicized. Songs are in quotation marks. Poems are in quotation marks, unless they are epics (such as The Iliad and The Odyssey). The Chicago Manual of Style article argues that we should only italicize series titles when they're the official title of a collected work, though, or possibly if they're also the title of an individual work, meaning we should write The Chronicles of Amber and The Lord of the Rings, the Harry Potter series and the Dragaera series.
These include but are not limited to: articles, essays, papers, chapters, reference work entries, newspaper and magazine sections or departments, episodes of audio-visual series, segments or skits in longer programs, short poems, short stories, story lines and plot arcs; songs, album tracks and other short musical works; leaflets and circulars.
A caption may be a few words or several sentences. Writing good captions takes effort; along with the lead and section headings, captions are the most commonly read words in an article, so they should be succinct and informative. Not every image needs a caption; some are simply decorative. Relatively few may be genuinely self-explanatory.
