Hey everybody! Does anybody out there have a good excel sheet for guest, addresses, RSVP, etc. I really need a good one.
Guest name, Date name (whether their spouse, significant other or +1 that I'll later fill their name in), address, city & state, zip, then I had a column of shower and bachelorette and marked if they're on the invite list for either of those.
I haven't used it because I didn't see it until I entered them all by hand on the site, but go to the guest list main menu and set up your wedding guest list. Click on "Import list" and there will be a green button that says "Download template." Save it to wherever you'll remember it is, then enter your info.

I'm trying to format my guest list to load to Guest List Manager on The Knot, but I have no idea what A/B stands for and what I'm supposed to put in that column.
My Guest List document will not upload onto the website. It is definitely in the correct format, and I used the template from the website.

Unfortunately, my fiance's "immediate" family includes 26 people. We're very close with all of our family (aunt/uncles/cousins included). So, with only immediate family/grandparents our guest list is 46 people. I feel it's rude to not include the extra 14 especially since my aunts are throwing my bridal shower.
[QUOTE]Hi there, I put together my guest list in excel and then you need to save and close it. Then do a mail merge in word and open it. I did my labels this way so I have them ready for the save the dates, invites, and thank you cards.
[QUOTE]When you are looking at your list, just click on the persons name. Hoepfully a box should pop up with their information. Down at the bottom there should be an edit button.
