Emails deleted from the apps will be placed in your Trash folder. Deleting email from the Trash removes it from your account. Apps that use POP. Desktop apps, like Outlook, Thunderbird, and Mac Mail, can access AOL Mail using POP. Copies of your email download to the app, so actions in the app won't affect your account.
To change folders, tap on the folder name in the lower left corner. Scroll through the list to select the folder you wish to view. Create a folder. Tap the Inbox icon. Scroll to the bottom of the menu. Tap Create new folder. Enter a new folder name. Tap Save. Delete a folder. A folder must be empty to be deleted. Tap the Inbox icon.

Slide left on the top filter bar to browse through filters and choose an option to narrow down the amount of emails from any folder. Or tap Customize, at the end of the line, to rearrange the order of the filters by dragging them up and down. Unread - Shows recent unread emails. Starred - Brings up emails you have starred.
Tap Unified Inbox to keep messages in one folder. 5. Tap New/Old Mail for separate folders. 6. Tap the Back icon (Android) (iOS) to relaunch the app to view the changes.
