The Circuit Clerk is a statutory Judicial Administrator and is responsible for maintaining the official court record for all civil and criminal cases. Everyday the Clerks interact with Judges, lawyers and the public to perform duties that include but are not limited to the filing of court cases and the collection and disbursement of fines and fees.
