I have a Gem 2004 series $50 that the ink looks like it's bleeding thru but it's just such hard and crisp embossing on the serial number (it's raised like reading braile) so the number's on front and can easily be read on the back of the note as well just backwards.
The Euro contries have the 200 Euro note, and a $200 U.S. bill would save money on printing even less $100 bills. The bank took it, and if they had to turn it in to get redeemed, or, since it is worth more than face value anyone could have paid $500 for it and taken it. Maybe the teller didn't want to be stuck with it and was able to get someone to take it off their hands so there wouldn ...
Clawcoins Damaging Coins Daily. You can go to your bank or credit union (or some of them) and ask for a uncirculated, sequential, strapped bundle of notes which contain 100 each. Of course, they come in $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 or $100. Thus you need $100, $200, $500, $1,000, $2,000, $5,000 or $10,000 for each respective bundle.

iGradeMS70 AKA BustHalfBrian. Long gone are the days of finding $5 face in '64 Kennedies in those boxes. It's just not worth the time anymore. If I can't find at least 2 90% Silver halves per box, I just can't justify spending the time to pick-up the box from the bank, search them, sort them, and re-roll.
