He has seen play as a top pick in nearly all positions (save for offlane but even then he has seen play, notably by Ceb) and is somewhat indicative of the qualities post 7.00 heroes all have.
R (Wukong Command) The soldier attack speed is fixed, but their dmg is based on your hero dmg. It procs all modifier except Basher and Echo sabre slow. Hence it is very nice to have skadi on MK because it slows everyone in your Wukong. If you have AGHS, each of your soldier will have their own JINGU STACK respectively.
Later in the game, you can easily cut waves using this ability. His ultimate is a decent zoning ability. You will lack the damage as a pos 5, but you can at least reduce the movement speed and armor with Orb of corrosion. He is a great scout/smoke breaker/ward placer. Being mobile is what makes MK an excellent support.
I've watched a few Monkey King films, and I enjoyed this one the most. It was a pleasant surprise, and was much better than I was expecting, in terms of animation, dialogue, and characters. This is a prequel story to the original mythology story of the Monkey King. I would disagree with this review's mediocre score.

Monkey king is weak vs ranged heroes, people with stuns, slows, and purges. If you, the sand king, don't have enough to counter him with inlane, rely on your lane partner to help out. keeping monkey king scared of the lane by tapping each enemy creep with poison and prepping an explosion is one way to win the lane, but do NOT give him 4 stacks on you or all the harass goes to waste.
The Monkey King of the Mountains of Heaven is not in the game. Well, not yet.
