Atmosphere is an American hip-hop duo from Minneapolis, Minnesota, consisting of rapper Slug (Sean Daley) and DJ/producer Ant (Anthony Davis). Since its formation in 1996, the group has released thirteen studio albums and ten extended plays .
Sean Michael Daley (born September 7, 1972), better known by his stage name Slug, is an American rapper from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Slug is best known as one-half of the hip-hop group Atmosphere, which he founded with Derek Turner (Spawn). Turner has since left and Anthony Davis produces Atmosphere with Slug.
Atmosphere performed on three separate tours that year: the Ford Two Tour, the Who Killed The Robots Tour and the Fill In The Blanks Tour (with Mr. Dibbs). "Godlovesugly" was released in 2002, the sixth year of Ant and Slug's collaboration. "Godlovesugly" sold over 130,000 copies in the U.S.
