1992 Volvo FE6 (North America) For North America, a version called the FE6 was introduced in 1986. There was also a heavier duty seven-litre version called the FE7 - this combines the narrow FL6 cabin with the engine of the FL7. The B36 was discontinued in 1973, although it was no longer used in trucks after 1966.
