The Palm Beach Hotel is a former hotel located at 235-251 Sunrise Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida, in the United States.The building now serves as a condominium, the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium, [2] and, on part of the fourth floor, a Modern Orthodox synagogue, the New Synagogue of Palm Beach.
In 1985, Donald Trump, primarily a businessman and real estate investor at the time, acquired Mar-a-Lago and used it as a residence. In 1994, he converted it into the Mar-a-Lago Club, a members-only club with guest rooms, a spa, and other hotel-style amenities.
