On June 12, 2023, McDonald’s launched the vanilla and berry-flavored Grimace Birthday Shake with a rollout that depicted the voluptuous violet vamp in a bevy of birthday party scenes.
McDonald's made an official post on social media to comment on the growing social media trend that claims the Grimace Shake kills people.
In addition to adding a special meal for the birthday blob to the menu, the company launched a video game in which Grimace travels around the world rounding up his pals to cut his birthday cake.
