With a high lift cam and single plane intake, the crate Magnum 360 cu in (5.9 L) was rated at 380 hp (283 kW) with the Magnum heads. Later models equipped with "R/T" or aluminum cylinder heads produced 390 hp (291 kW). A 425 hp (317 kW) bolt-in fuel injection conversion kit has also been available.
