    This language is absurd and needs to be removed. Raw rhubarb stalks are absolutely perfectly edible and in New England are considered a refreshing summer delicacy. I can't count the number of times as a small child (also in Maine) I would gorge on raw rhubarb stalks, which i found delicious dipped in brown sugar or maple syrup.
