Stephen Simon Hart (born 15 March 1960) is a Trinidadian football manager and former player who is the assistant coach of the Portland Thorns of the National Women's Soccer League. As a player, Hart began his career with the San Fernando Hurricanes before joining Professional Football League club Texaco in 1979.
