MiWay services consist of two types of bus routes: MiLocal, local buses that make frequent stops, and MiExpress, express buses between major destinations. MiWay is the primary operator along the Mississauga Transitway , a dedicated east–west bus-only roadway.
One Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) route, 52B/52D Lawrence West, is operated by the TTC contracted on behalf of the City of Mississauga. The fare payment method is the same as for regular MiWay buses; via a Presto card, contactless, or cash.
The MyWay card uses contactless smart cards with MIFARE technology onto which credit is loaded. Passengers are required to 'tag on' when boarding the bus or entering a light rail station and 'tag off' when exiting, at which point the appropriate fare is calculated and deducted from the stored value on the MyWay card.
Transitway stations are unstaffed and the bus platforms are not fare-paid zones. Fare payment is done when boarding buses as with on-street routes, and either tapping a Presto card or a paper transfer is required for connecting between buses. The following is a list of stations, from west to east: [11]
Metro also operates the MyWay on-demand bus service in Timaru, Canterbury. [2] Prior to 2023, it also operated various fixed-route bus services in Timaru. [ 3 ] In 2020, it began trials of its MyWay service.

The Iveco MyWay (later known as Irisbus MyWay) is a class of buses produced by Iveco and then by Irisbus, from 1999 to 2007.. MyWay is a bus for extraurban routes. Designed to replace the Iveco EuroRider, it was produced in an only version with a length of 12 meters (39 ft 4 + 1 ⁄ 2 in), the only option regarding the central door, which could be single or double.
The Arway was a single-decker coach for suburban routes. The bus was designed to replace the MyWay (original Iveco model) and the Ares (original Renault model), whence came the name Arway. The Arway was equipped with a heating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, music and announcement system and also, optionally, a wheelchair lift.
