Liu Wen-cheng (Chinese: 劉文正; pinyin: Liú Wénzhèng; 12 November 1952) is a Taiwanese singer and actor. He is the nephew of Burton Levin, an American diplomat serving as the United States Ambassador to Burma in the late 1980s and early 90s. [1]
