Oldham County is a county located in the north central part of the U.S. state and commonwealth of Kentucky. As of the 2020 census, the population was 67,607. [1] Its county seat is La Grange. Centerfield is an unincorporated community in Oldham County, Kentucky, United States. It is a small suburban community that lies approximately 4 miles northeast of Crestwood on KY Highway 22 and approximately 6.5 miles southwest of La Grange. Nearby schools are Centerfield Elementary, Locust Grove Elementary and East Oldham Middle School.
