Majin Buu is a genie-like magical life form awoken by the evil warlock Babidi that terrorized the universe millions of years before the events of Dragon Ball take place. He was sealed away by Bibidi and brought to Earth; however, whilst being sealed away, Bibidi was killed and Buu remained sealed away and dormant.
Majin Buu starts to lose control of himself. After he heals Hercule, he instructs him to get away. Majin Buu begins giving off more steam than ever, and the steam is congealing in the sky. It forms the evil side of Buu, a tall, thin, gray version of Majin Buu. Evil Buu flies over to the gunman and blasts him into oblivion.
