I also have a Cabelas Fish Eagle 11, 10' rod rated for line 8-15, I absolutley love it and at $80, I feel it can't be beat. The last one on the lisy would be an 1143 ...
Long Answer: There really is not one all around best steelhead drift fishing rod. There are way, way too many variables to consider when steelhead fishing, including the fish you are after, the size of the river, flows, terminal tackle being used ,etc ,etc. The two rods I tend to use the most are: Loomis IMX 1025c.

I've got a pair of these and the magnum taper fast action gives excellent plug action. You should be able to find these for under $200.
Caught some steelhead on that rod with a Shimano Sahara spooled with 30# Tuff-line (yellow) and sliding Beau Mac bobber with in-line swivel style weight. Jig and bobber was my preferred method. Fast forward 1 year and three spinning 9'6" rods, a drift boat, and two spinning 10'6" rods.

If you get the chance to check a steelhead guides boat check out their reels. I bet over 50% of the reels are pflueger presidents.
Look at the Shimano Clarus/Convergence series rods, or the Okuma Celilo salmon and steelhead series rods. Both carry good warranties and use fuji guides and reel seats! If you want to spend a little more money, then TH rods, G loomis, or Lamiglas would be my choice! P.S: I have a TH 1265 rod and love it!

The blank used is the XCC 963, I extend them to 8'8" and are wrapped in a neon chartreuse and a neon orange with matching Matagi crackle reel seats. Lamiglas stopped making the XCC963 blank which is 8' 3 power one piece.
