Amnicon Falls State Park is a state park of Wisconsin, United States. The 828-acre (335 ha) park is located in South Range, Wisconsin , southeast of the city of Superior . It features a series of waterfalls on the Amnicon River as it flows around a small island and under a historic covered bridge .
The Sheboygan River is a river flowing to Lake Michigan in eastern Wisconsin in the United States. It is about 81 mi (130 km) long [ 1 ] and enters the lake at the city of Sheboygan . The name of the river is Chippewa in origin, Shawb-wa-way-gun , meaning 'hollow bone', 'noise underground' or 'river disappearing underground'.
Willow River State Park is a 2,891-acre (1,170 ha) Wisconsin state park located five miles (8 km) north of Hudson. The centerpiece of the park is Willow Falls, a powerful cascade in a 200-foot (61 m) deep gorge. Another popular feature is Little Falls Lake, a shallow reservoir on the Willow River.
The park is the site of a Civil War era gristmill. [5] The gristmill was powered by the waterfall in Falling Waters Sink. Later, in 1891, a distillery was constructed on the site. [5] The park is also the site of the first oil well in Florida. It was drilled in 1919 based on information from local legends and a 400-year-old Spanish diary.

Pattison State Park is a 1,436-acre (581 ha) Wisconsin state park south of Superior, Wisconsin. Situated on the Black River, the park contains both Big Manitou Falls, the highest waterfall in Wisconsin at 165 feet (50 m), and Little Manitou Falls, which is 30 feet (9.1 m). Pattison State Park was established in 1920. [1]
