The TT-30 is not recognized by NEMA. I think is because the TT-30 closely resembles the NEMA 7-20 and 7-50 which are intended for 277V. For completeness, I suggest we document the TT-30 in this article but do not call it a NEMA TT-30. The 5-pin has a design and pin layout that is identical to the 7-pin ISO 1724 connector with the exception for the lack of pin 1 (L) and pin 4 (R).
