Chrysostomou was born on 14 January 2001 in Nicosia, Cyprus.He started his youth career at the age of 5 as a member of Anorthosis Famagusta academy. During his time in the Anorthosis Academies, he showed his talent, and was acquired by Inter Milan, where he played for Inter Milan's U17 and U19 teams, and also played for Sampdoria's U19.
Anorthosis won the 2006–07 Cypriot Cup final 3–2 against Omonoia, and the 2007 CFA Shield 2–1 against APOEL. [9] Anorthosis won their 13th First Division title in 2007–08, going undefeated for the full season. They reached the Cypriot Cup final against APOEL, which they lost 2–0. [12]
On 21 June 2021, it was announced that Antoniadis had signed for Anorthosis Famagusta until June 2023. [15] He made his debut with the team on 13 July 2021, playing the full 90 minutes in a Cypriot Super Cup match against Omonoia. [16] On 30 August 2022, Anorthosis announced the renewal of Antoniadis contract until the summer of 2024. [17]
