Toy Story wouldn't count in this case because it is from Pixar, not Disney Animation Studios. I took a look at Fantasia 2000 (the film that preceded Dinosaur) and it has two CGI sequences - The Pines of Rome, and The Steadfast Tin Soldier. The Fantasia 2000 article says those two segments were completed before Toy Story was released.
