Benbrook is a town located in the southwestern corner of Tarrant County, Texas, United States, and a suburb of Fort Worth.As of the 2010 United States census, the population was 21,234, [4] reflecting an increase of 1,026 from the 20,208 counted in the 2000 census, which had in turn increased by 644 from the 19,564 counted in the 1990 census.

Primrose is located directly east of Benbrook Lake, ten miles south-west of Fort Worth and was originally a community of farmers and ranchers. [2] In the 1870s the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway arrived and in 1990 Primrose appeared as a stop on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. [3]

Beasley Survey, and the eastern part, along the branch of the river, the 1876 James Howard Survey. The original approach to the Overton Park area consisted of unfinished roadways now South Hulen Street and Bellaire Drive South.
